Quantitative Biology Workshop

About This Course

The goal of the workshop is to expose students to quantitative methods used in data analysis. The workshop will cover topics in biochemistry, genetics, biostatistics, systems biology and computational biology. Participants will be introduced to MATLAB, Python, R, Pymol and other softwares that are routinely used in biological research.

Prerequisites

None, although introductory biology or prior programming experience helps.
